Three decades in international investment banking, most recently Director of Investments at NEOM. André leads our work with lenders and investors, and looks after our client relationships at group level.
Over twenty-five years leading health, safety and worker welfare on some of the world's biggest projects. Michael built and led the NEOM Safety Academy, serving more than 160,000 workers. His reports come with a route to fixing things, not just a list of problems.
Worker welfare and labour standards at NEOM, the World Health Organisation and the United Nations. Ibrahim helped register more than 140,000 migrant workers, and he speaks Arabic, English and Mandarin, so workers can talk to him directly.
Over twenty-five years in safety leadership across global energy and infrastructure, including running oil and gas operations at chief executive level. Shaun checks the controls that prevent fatalities in the field, so his findings are things you can act on, not theory.

Twenty-two years in the Australian Army, most of them in the Special Air Service Regiment, with dozens of operations in Afghanistan and beyond between 2002 and 2016. In 2008 Daniel founded the SASR Human Performance Program, the foundation on which Australia's Special Operations Command built its own. After two years with the Queensland Reds high performance program, he completed his PhD at Macquarie University on the human factors behind performance in high threat environments. He leads the HPO practice, from the boardroom to the frontline.

More than two decades in overhead transmission lines, from the tools on UK towers to advising on live 132 to 500 kV projects across the UK and Ireland, Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia. Lee is the founder and Managing Director of Innovecta Ltd, the OHTL consultancy whose 455-document technical library supports utilities and EPC contractors worldwide, and his recent delivery support includes major transmission projects here in the Kingdom. He leads the OHTL practice, and he has done the job on the towers himself.

Twenty-five years in safety leadership, most recently Chief of HSSE at ACWA Power, with senior roles at Wood Group and Siemens before that. Simon shaped the original thinking behind Veriso and advises our board on technology.
